This was a zero star product for me. The 7th edition is very similar with this book only had a few chapters switched around. The owl access card that comes with it is for version 1. I needed version 2 for my school which one cannot buy alone. It can only be bought in a bundle. I refunded this product because it did not state whether or not the access code was version one or two so when I got it I was saw that it was version one. There was no way to switch over and thus I refunded it. I did not even get a full refund. I was charged over $100 for a restocking fee when I never used the book. This in turn means I lost over $200 refunding it and the book cost almost $300. It is impossible to not have book unopened while checking to see if the code (inside the package) will work or not. I feel as if they could have charged me for the access card being open but the code did not even work. I feel cheated. So I say this is a bad book to buy. One will get a better deal from college book store and colleges sells for a high price. That just tells you how bad the experience with this book and seller was for me. I am very disappointed at amazon for the first time after buying from them so many times. I must say, find out which version owl your book will come with before buying because you will feel cheated if you try to make a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a chemistry book from this seller or amazon again. Other things maybe. But this product alone has made my view of their refunds and chemistry book a zero star forever.Product details
